I am not a complete novice but no where near a pro yet either. I have started a detail business on the side and am picking up a good client list and living mostly on word of mouth advertising, here is a 2004 Ford Mini Van I polished for a colleague of my wife's
Process:
Washed with Dawn to remove any waxes (there was none)
Clayed with Mother's Clay
Polished with GG ROB using Megs UC and Orange pad
Polished with GG ROB Using Megs 205 and green pad
Treated trim with Poorboys trim restorer
Cleaned interior with Opti-Powerclean
Sealed with Optiseal.
On to Pics
Entire Van looked like this, hard to see some of the swirls but they were there.
Quater Panel after just Megs Ultimate Compound Looks pretty good
After UC/205/ Optiseal
Finished
Reflection of a Plant
Thanks for looking and please post any suggestions if you have any,
