Well, spent half my day on my car and it came out GREAT! I am not a photographer by any stretch of the word so I don't have any drastic before/after shots. I didn't have the time to apply the full Wolfgang DGPS treatment that I wanted. Ohh well, maybe in a couple weeks. I was really impressed with the new COBRA mf's I purchsed. The best mf I have ever used. The Wolfgang detail spray is awsome too.

BODY

Wash: Pinnacle Shampoo and Green Cobra mit (love this thing)

Clay: Mothers (All the local autoparts store had. never again)

Wash: Pinnacle Shampoo

Wash: Pinnacle Shampoo (The clay left a large amount of residue)

HD Cleanse (paint was in excellent condition after this)

Wolfgang Instant detail spray sealer twice around.
(This stuff :righton: for sure. Just recently purchased and it is great)

WAX: Pinnacle Signature Series II

WHEELS

P21s wheel gel and Terry cloths

Wolfgangs Spray sealant 3 coats.
I can't say how much I love this stuff. My wheels have never looked better, and it smells good too.

VERY light amount of Meg's tire shine sprayed onto terry cloth then wiped on tire.

EXTERIOR TRIM AND PLASTICS

Pinnacle Rubber and Vinyl treatment

GLASS

Washed and clayed.

Cleaned with Diamondite and waffle weave.

2 treatments of Wolfgang Spray

PHOTOS

Here are the aftershots. Like I said, I am no photographer but I tried. The all around and reflection shots were taken in the ally of my shop at around 8:00pm. The metalic fake shots were taken in almost direct 7:30pm sunlight.

These shots of the metallic flake were the best I could do. They don't do it justice tho. The Sig II really makes it dance around in the sunlight.

My door handle is in the top right of this one to give you an idea of how close up I am.

Thanks for taking the time to read my post. Maybe one day I will learn how to shoot photos and get a better camera so you can see how good this thing can look.

And just for the hell of it, heres what 5000 or so miles worth of rubber looks like on concrete. :awesome:

Looks great! They really shouldn't make GTO's in any color other than black. Love the car man, I'd love to have 400 HP to play with.

holy flakes batman! it did come out great, good job! thanks for sharing

Looks awesome! I love the flake pop, and the posi's :) I see the same GTO in my hometown everyday and man it's neglected.

Thanks for the write up.

Some fantastic work, love those GTOs. This girl pulled up next to me the other day in hers and MAN it sounded so incredibly good. I felt like there was a B52 bomber standing right next to me. So deep and throaty, probably the coolest sounding thing ever.

And by the way, if you're looking for some good over the counter clay, stop by Autozone and pick up some Clay Magic.

Thanks for all the compliments! And yes, 400hp stock was fun to begin with. She doesn't sit stock any more.

The vehicle looks good, the flakes are impresive. With 400hp you must be going through tires quite often hehehehe ;)

The pictuers look good to me, thanks for sharing.

What do you have done to her??

If you haven't already check out http://www.ls2gto.com

Silly Newb. Do you know nothing? He is a convert...

Looks good man. Yes, the mother's clay does suck. I have the Pinnacle clay for light claying, but for heavier claying, go to Autozone and get the blue clay magic kit. It is pretty good for a medim OTC clay bar.

you know you need to use clay lube with clay right?
