Flex 3401 + Light Cutting Pad + Megs D151 + 6 Section Passes.

I was blown away with the results and my test spots. The bumpers and lower trim pieces were base-clear coat, but everything else was single stage. It took 5 hours to Wash, Iron-X, Clay, AIO and topped with Optimum Spray Wax.

Great job. It sure came back to life. I hope to do the same with my Mom's 08 Camry soon. Same white color.

Curious - what do you use to get behind the door handle?

Thanks!

You can cut up old pads into smaller sections for polishing by hand or just use smaller 3 or 4 inch pads. :xyxthumbs:

looks good that door handle shot is impressive had to to do hand work back there and it did nice job.

D151 is my go to for all one step applications. I did just get some optimum hyper spray that I am looking forward to using but it isn't a true one step since I will need to protect it some other way.

Top notch work! SS paints oxidize so quickly it's insane, especially when neglected.
I see you're working in the dark, definite must have when dealing with white paint.

Very nice work. looks beautiful. I been using xmt 360 which i love but just bought some d151. I will be trying it for the first time tomorrow. can you tell me how much product do you put on the pad and Do you switch pads as you go? if so how many pads do you use for an average size car?

I have an 05 4runner with the same condition SS White paint. Did you use the d151 for the plastic trim (fenders, bumpers) or did you use something else?

Looks awesome! Great transformation.
