Washed: DP Extreme Foam, Foam Gun, Rinse bucket w/Grit Guard and Sheep Skin Mitt

Clay: Started w/ Pinnacle and quickly switched to the more aggressive DP

Polish: SIP w/ orange CCS pad on hood and top of fenders. Did the rest of the car, and hood again, with green CCS pad. Finished with gold kompressor pad and WG finishing glaze.

Sealed: Fuzion

Tire/Wheels, wheel wells, fender flares: cleaned and dressed with DP(FreeeeeBeee) Damn I miss Monster Garadge

Opps forgot one. Man its a lot of work to get picture up. Had to transfer pics to photobucket then get links to put here. Took me almost an hour LOL.

You did a great job, you can always upload the pictures to the gallery here and you the link to post them in your thread.

Looks great did i miss something or did you post it? After the SIP on orange did you use the SIP again on the green pad or another 106fa or 85rd ??

Good work on that paint. The Jeep looks great. Also, the vinyl trim looks better than I see on most Wranglers. What did you use on it?

Sorry for the ??? I think I found it. DP Protectant.

SIP again with green then followed with WGFG with a gold kompressor pad.

Should I have done something different? The green pad finished to a nice gloss. I am still trying to learn the new products

Please! feel free to criticize my work or I will never know or will take me longer to figure out what i do wrong

Thanks Gordon

DP Gloss tire gel then used a cheapo micro fiber to get off all excess. I love this stuff. A little goes a long way.

I was only supposed to correct the paint but it looked like #### with out the wheel wells and trim done. I even degreased the engine and the bottom of the hood which was almost black. Damn my OCD!

Very Nice! A Jeep is a PITA to detail.

Yeah. So many little things to take off and put back on again. Tail lights, blinkers, windshield tie down, windshield whipers, hood latches, and rubber stopper for hood. And license plate assembly

No problem pick up some 106FA finish down with that on a gray pad .It should make it pop even more.Sip isn't the most aggressive compare to megs 105 but it Sip cuts for sure so you should follow up with a less aggressive polish just like you do with your pads.Since you had to go over the truck twice anyway 106fa finishes down really nice.If you like drop me a PM can give you some to try if you like:cheers:

Adam, remember wolfgang finishing glaze is basically 106FA. It is not a true glaze, and is a nano polish.

I called menz intensive polish SIP. Is that the correct abbreviation?

Very nice! Good work and it shows.

I have noticed several are using the blue painter's tape for masking.

I'm a professional painter who doesn't use tape that often, but when I do have a critical area to tape, I choose a much better tape that bonds the edge much better to prevent any seepage onto the critical surface.

I'll talk with Meghan before I mention the brand I trust. She may wish to offer the tape in the AGO store.

Thanks man

My girlfriends brothers is a professional painter also. He doesnt use tape either. I had a man paint my apt. about a year ago and he brought in the blue tape. I told him professionals dont have to tape off everything and he argued with me. I ended up beating him down on the price since I was not going to pay him for the time it would take the rookie to tape off everything.
