2007 Ken Worth Pumper, Firetruck

Nice work!!! I wish I could go help out on these special projects, but school is slowly ramping up and I am already leaving Calgary to detail cars next weekend. Anywho I have a new toy, so I am waiting to try it out.

:D Usually working on repainted cars is a challenge because of the millions of variables, working on a REPAINTED PUMP TRUCK is really something else! 5 hours is how long it takes to detail a civic.....you are getting quite speedy too!

OMG thats crazy!!!!!!!!

VERY NICE!

How long did that take you?

Wow, I haven't seen any decent resprays ever. Resprays here give you free orange peel galore, and they don't sand the paint off or anything, they just paint over the paint or maybe they primer and paint over the old paint...pretty sad. I don't know any places that give you a good quality repaint. Thanks for the P21S tip :) that's basically what I do, except I didn't rinse the wheel before spraying the gel. I love the wheel cleaner but one day I have to take my wheels off and let them sit in the garage sprayed with wheel cleaner all over, 15 years of brake dust :p. Ahhh.....I remember that thread, you have so much toys :D. That CR spotless must be a gem. I will have to buy one sometime in the future, maybe from Costco or something. Thank you for your help Nica, I appreciate it, and you're welcome :)

Carlos..the king of cool rigs!! Nice job there buddy...the hose-monkeys will love their new, shiny rig for sure.

a green fire truck? Ours are red!:D
Anyway, great job, Nica. I see you are using P21S wheel gel on all wheels. I love this stuff myself!

Looks good buddy :D Like how you used bug remover as soap! Workes great on DIRTY cars/trucks ;)

You are getting me to look after cr spotless system bro...dang. :p

Nice job as always Carlos! Thanks for many pics :D

My favorite show and shines on this forum. I loved the work you have done on this one and the other contender!

sneek - Thank you for the compliments buddy, means a lot to me. Yea I was shoked to see the vehicle in such good shape after a re-paint. I expected worse but nope it was in good shape...shoking. Good lunk on the detail your heading out to do, should be fun...I look forward to lots of pictures :righton:

FMINUS - Thanks bro, only took me 5hrs but it was a simple wash though but still the other one I did took me much longer then this one.

klumzypinoy - Yea I know what you mean about taking the tires off the vehicle, I got to do that to my Volvo...poor thing. But I'll need something stronger then P21S Gel, as soon as I receive my Meg's Wheel Brightner I'm using it on the Volvo ;) Oh and yea I just found out that you can get the CR System from Costo, what's up with that hahahahaha :D

davet - Thank you for the feed back, glad you enjoyed it.

richy - Thank you buddy means a lot to me, I'm quite fortunet to get such an opportunity to detail such vehicles to be honest all because of my friend really. So I just make sure that I meet and exceed my friend and his parterns expectation that's all. So far so good....oh but wait till you see the next ones I got lined up  :D

supercharged - Yup, green? Looks like the City here changed the colours a wile back but have gone back to the traditional red colour. I personally prefer the red colour my self but to each there own I suppose hahaha. P21S is all I use, safe and works great so I'll keep using it. Thank you for the compliment.

pirex - Thank for the compliments bro, means a lot to me...and you know me with the pictures always take so many lol but glad you enjoyed it. As for the CR syste, it's a good system works great, glad I purchased it.

mingraygt - The spray guns I picked up localy here in town, I have a friend that is a body/paint supplyer gets me a bunch of goodies. The place I get it from is called Carlson Body Shop Supply Ltd. they don't have a web site though but you can google it and get the phone number. I'm assuming you live in Canada.

Brandon1 - Glad you enjoyed it Brandon, means alot to me.

Nica, you're a wild man. What's next????
It's so cool that you got to detail a Fire Truck. It looks so good. Your pics and process are priceless. Thanks for taking the time to write this up for us.

Meg's wheel brightener sounds too harsh for me :p. Yeah man Costco has everything! well almost everything hahah. I haven't seen the CR in the warehouse but online I have seen it.

mingraygt - oh um...well now you know where I got it from lol

AL417 - Thank you for the compliments, really means a lot to me. I'm happy to share the pictures/process with my fellow detailers. Glad no one has gotten bored of seeing so many pictures :D glad you enjoyed it.

klumzypinoy - I do all my shopping at Costo, just love purchasing in bulk hahahahaha go figure huh. You should see the bill after I'm done shopping at Costo, wife loves it there and I do too. As for the Meg's wheel brightener, I'm curious to see how strong that bad boy really is. So I'm putting it to the test with the rims from the Volvo :D

Another amazing detail, Carlos! Great attention to detail. Those mirrors came out really nice, and so did the wheels, and those wheel wells. Great idea of using PB Bug Squash instead of soap.
I like those cool spray bottles too.

Haha Costco is great. I couldn't believe that there's Costco in Canada when my friend told me. Too bad there's no gallon jugs of Meguiar's shampoo, there's only Turtle Wax Ice now. Hope to see the Meg's WHeel brightener review soon :D

It's obvious why you're building such a good reputation. Another cool detail. Thanks for sharing.

alban61 - Thank you for the compliments, means a lot me. The spray bottles do come in handy, not the cheapest but they work great.

klumzypinoy - Yea Costo is just wicked, as soon as I use the Meg's Wheel Brightener and I use it I'll share my thoughts on it.

Jimmie - Glad you enjoyed the detail and thank you for the compliment.
