Ok I had to fix up my referral generator. This thing was still decent from the last time I washed it, so it was just going to get a quick wash and wax. Sorry no befores, I did 4 wash and vacs before this one today so I was just BEAT !

  • First - I attempted to flip my method around and clean wheels/wells/and tires first. So I used some Simple green for tires/wells and Duragloss All-Wheel cleaner for the polished rims. Everything came out great with a little agitation.
  • Next I broke out the PB Bug Squash Front/Mirrors/Windshield. (READ CAREFULLY) This is a must have !!! I don't know where I've been without this key ingredient, with a sprayer on the end it's a magical illusion "No more bugs" :) Ok, maybe I've went overboard, just be sure to add it to your next order.
  • Next I broke out the scmitt y/w and DG 901 bucket wash. Worked it top to bottom including some spritz on the rockers with PB BS. Everything come out great as always. Dried with MF's and Wet-n-Wipe Speed Glaze and proceeded.
  • I got my Rigid vac and worked my way rear to front sucking up anything in the way. Next on the agenda was to clean any plastic or trim pieces with interior APC and then dress with a light coat of AIM Interior dressing.
  • Always get a kick out of foaming the wells with AA foam and then filling the cracks on the tires with it as well. I followed this after it dried with a cobra tire applicator and AA Extreme tire gel.
  • I told her I would hook her up, but she never knew what was coming so I broke out the orange CCS pad and XMT360 and threw down some clean and clear views for the on-lookers. Taking 360 and cleaning the paint would later help me for a quick coat of Pinnacle Souveran Spray Wax. As you all know this gives maybe a few weeks protection, but she will be back in two anyways.
  • This last step was to clean any debris and clean all glass.
  • Then the pics were shot.
Enjoy.

BRAVO!!!! You are one hell of a detailer and do awesome work. Mike...

A total knockout. I couldn't afford to let that thing idle in my driveway much less actually drive it!

Thats funny you say that. As me and the owner was talking, she just kinda hinted that it cost $91.00 to fill it up, and thats once a week !!! I was like ..........:o

GM has some pretty sweet technology with the engine switching to 4 cylinders on the highway for better fuel economy and 8 cylinders for maximum power when needed. Oh and another thing the BOSE system in this YUKON was A-Mazing !! I've heard alot of standard BOSE systems but this one ROCKS.

Wow very nice job.

I need a work truck like yours. But will prob settle for a Sonoma :D

Very nice work there, the color looks really good. Looks wet..very nice.

Thanks for sharing.

Very nice. I couldnt agree with you more about the PB BG. EVERYONE should have it along with the Pinnacle bug and tar pad!

WOW!!! Can I say perfect detail! Extremely nice job. 360 rocks!
Awesome pic!

Nice job!! Is that a GM with no orange peel? I don't think I ever saw one!lol

Wow, that looks incredible, especially considering it's just a "wash 'n wax". If you don't mind me asking, how long did that job take you?

Great job, looks fantastic!!! I really enjoy reading/looking at your "Show & Shines".
