BTW, yes that is my new car :D
Been 1/2 of a month and this is the first time I could fully detail it. needed some nice weather as I don't have a garage.
 
From one 3 owner to another....looks great. Did you paint the wheels a shade darker than stock? They look different.

Max Wax is some great stuff, isn't it?
 
The 2008.5 Mazdaspeed3's in Canada only have a slightly different shade than any speed3 in the states.

I only did a quick wipe down of the engine plastics. nothing spectacular.
I am already a pretty active member on mazda3forums.
Had a 2006 WB hatch before this speed3.
I'll check out the other site :)
 
Cool. Not that there's a ton to see in our engine bay. The other site has the heavy hitter modders.
 
Very nice ride! Those look fun to drive... and Max Wax looks great on it!
 
Quick question for those that know....

Can I put a sealant over DP Max Wax? Or do I polish, then sealant, then apply max wax?

Do do they not work together at all?

By sealant, I meant something quick like opti-seal.

So, opti-seal (not sure of the cure time), then Max Wax.
 
Looks great! If I was a better driver in the snow I would have bought one. I absolutely love the interiors!
 
Better driver in the snow? I bought some Dunlop Wintersport M3s to stick on the stock wheels. Buy one now before they are gone. Then you won't have to wait as long as the rest of us have been for the Cobb AccessPort, FMIC, TBE, STS.

I need to place another order....my shmitt is broken :( The backing came off so now I can't put my hand in it.
 
Try a SchMITT GS and let me know how you like it. Or an Ulti-Mit.
