I will start off by saying that this vehicle actually gets driven, and I'm sure gets driven hard at times. The vehicle was polished with my Rupes 15, I absolutely love this little machine, definitely makes a long day of detailing less fatiguing. This clear coat was hard as a rock. The vehicle was Opti-Coated to protect the vehicle and make maintenance less of a hassle.


Products Used:
Adam's Car Shampoo
Meguiar's APC+
Wheels cleaned with Sonax FE Wheel Cleaner
Glass cleaned with Adam's Glass Cleaner
M101 on Meguiar's MF cutting
Sonax 3/6 Nano on LC Tangerine Hydrotech
Paint, wheels, and trim coated with Opti-Coat 2.0
Tires dressed with CG VRP II
Wheel wells dressed with CG Bare Bones Undercarriage Spray
Engine dressed with CG Black on Black spray
Interior - 1z Einszett Cockpit Premium
Interior - 1z Einszett Deep Plastik Cleaner
ONR(clay lube)
Meguiar's Mild Clay
ONR(detail spray)

50/50 After M101(some slight haze that 3/6 cleaned up beautifully


After Nano 3/6







Washed again with a strong mixture of Adam's Shampoo and Meguiar's APC+ to strip any oils leftover from polishing, then an IPA wipedown followed

Never really been a fan of yellow, but boy does that look good!

+1, although I could say that about a lot of colors here on AG. You guys make everything look great!
 
Great work. Sonax polishes seem to be getting a lot of users here lately. I am going to have to give them a try.
 
Great job. Looks fantastic. A vette is the only car that can make yellow look good IMO.
 
I totally agree with all the yellow comments...was never much of a fan, but when this vehicle showed up...it just looked so right.
