So I got my hands on another AMG!
I soooo love touching these cars, I don't know what it is about them, the exhaust note, the engine sound, the simplicity of the design, the elegance of the body lines. Previously I detailed the same owners E55 AMG and got a 90%.

SO enter this SUV. I explain to him since it is his daily that i don't want him touching it washing it or anything 1 week before arrival when it's scheduled.
( Prevent any more damage to the paint) When I gave it a quick Eye before I had no idea what I had gotten myself into. LOL

Per Mike's request I decided to make sure that my before and after pictures "looked better" instead of using my ol DLR Camera~ LOL Sorry Mike I forgot to bring the other camera. SO I made sure to at least smile in my photos..

I wish my write up threads were as good as the ones here, But I'll get better I'm Sure.

Pre-wash: The Car was soaked twice with gentle suds. Getting most of the mud and road grime off the bottom of the vehicle.

Autogeek Quart Foamaster Foam Gun

McKee's 37 Xtreme Foam Formula Auto Shampoo

After the vehicle was washed and dried with a compressor, the paints finish was inspected.
This paint had seen a "Detailer" last year and there were all kinds of buffer burns , Diso, and Halograms everywhere, Also Hard Swirling , Scratches and Etchings.

Looks like you made a grey car black, great work!!!

And I think your write up was top notch quality for what it's worth 8-)

Wowzers that thing was hammered upon arrival!! Great transformation. Results like that are totally gratifying when your all done but then when you get a reaction like that from the customer its priceless!!

Great job and write up. It looks like a totally different vehicle!

That black paint was trashed to say the least! You really had your work cut out for you on this one.

Nice work clearing up the defects in the paint. The black really shimmers gloss.

Are you talking about professor Mike P or me Mike P?

Amazing work bringing this one back from the brink! I'm glad the owner has come around and gave better than the "90%" he did last time.

You're right, there is just something 'special' about AMGs... especially silver ones :p

Ya I know right ! I Can help you detail yours if you wish ?
Thank you for the compliments guys.
