good job! may I make a suggestion..

for lower panels, I hold the buffer upside down. elbow rest on my knees. I find myself more balanced that way, maybe I'm wreak lol, I can't really hold the buffer with just one hand..

well for me, if I were to extend my arm with one hand on the buffer on lower panels. one my back would hurt, and the buffer can walk on me.

on horizontal panels I can do one hand, and top vertical panels. but lower panels I have trouble with 1 hand.

I like the way you backed up your answer. I am in a low profile portable chair, so I don't have that issue.

I appreciate the tip. My technique has always worked for me, but anything to stop wear and tear on the body is worth trying. Good job OP!!:props:
