Back from the dead for a little while, I haven't been in one of these cars since I sold my 2007 FG2 in January of 2008. I really wanted another S2000 but having two two-seaters would be retarded. I recently picked up this '09 ROP FA5 with 40k miles from a guy in Kansas and had it shipped to me as a stable mate for my 2008 Z06.

As you can see from the pics, the car was filthy when it arrived...2 rat rods were sitting above the car on the transport carrier.

Floor mats are a bit stained, going to replace these with new OEM mats.

Got out the Flex 3401 with a blue Power Finish foamed wool pad, mixture of Meguiar's D301 and M105 to correct the finish. Left side polished, right side not.

Before and after. I was pleased with the results and did a one-step polish on the entire car.

I'll get more interior shots once I get the mats replaced. For now, I just vacuumed everything and deodorized it since it reeked of old man, and wiped down all hard surfaces with 1Z Cockpit Premium. Hope you enjoyed the pics for now.

Good job Matt. When the Vette gets lonely you know where I live. The Sheriffs cruiser is a nice touch also.:buffing:

Now it looks like it should! And the good thing about that seat cover is, once you pull it off you should be looking at a seat in relatively good condition!

Nice work on that Civic. I'll always have a soft spot for my old '02 Si...that old girl got me through a lot. Enjoy the new ride

That color looks great now that it's cleaned up! :dblthumb2:

Nice color. How do you like RejeX OP?

Thanks guys. The seat does look brand new since I removed the cover and vacuumed it. I like RejeX a lot...it's one of the more durable sealants out there plus it's extremely slick and very easy to work with.

Think I put the wrong link for the last pic...it was supposed to be my favorite pic!

Looks good! So when is the write up for the z06 coming? :D

Matt!!! Welcome back!! Looks great!!

How's law enforcement treating you???

Did you change the color......nooo... you just did amazing job bringing back life into that soft Honda paint

Looks great, you need to move your VTEC sticker down on your door though, it's to high:)

It's awesome. Seen some crazy stuff and I'm having a blast. I actually look forward to going to work every day and don't want my shift to end when it's over :props:
