I am most appreciative of the 15-20 percent discounts I receive, and I love the BOGO’s but that shipping is a killer, I only wish the minimum purchase for free shipping was lower, $500.00 WOW, a great deal of internet shopping sites offer free shipping for purchases over $50,00 or so.

I Totally Agree!! I have been a very Loyal AG buyer for awhile now as well but there are alot of products sold here that I am finding cheaper at other sites and I tried the "Price Matching" and well that didn't go very well. I got "Thats not the same size" blah..blah..blah. So I said ok, I'll order from your competitor. I am pretty much only going to order from AG when I see a 20% or more sale with a shipping incentive as well. Just my 2 cents.

Actually I've found that Autogeek constantly has the lowest prices. It's easy to find other sites that sell the product for a lower price but then they charge for tax and charge more for shipping during checkout and then that ends being the same or more than AG's price anyways.

The one thing AG definitely has to change is the shipping system. It makes no sense that a person would have to spend $20 on shipping for Dodo Juice Supernatural ($200) versus the same shipping price for ordering tons of products which add up to $200. I think that pricing the shipping based on the price of the order doesn't seem fair when it comes to car care supplies.

:iagree: I've been seeing a lot of things lately after reading a couple of threads on this forum. I'm beginning to think that the Price Match could be a gimmick or something but I do not want to start something by making an assumption so I'm gonna wait to hear what AG has to say about this.
