Ok guys go easy on me. I'm still a young jedi in the world of detailing... This was my first flat black car and I truly wasn't able to get everything out, but feel I made it look a lot more presentable for a daily driver. I have some harder stuff I could of hit it with, but I went more conservative thinking that it wan't worth going deeper into the clear coat for what was there...

Thanks man and its not that I'm unhappy with it, but I've see what some people do on here and I swear its magic! Years of experience goes a long way...

You have nothing to be embarrassed about! That looks great. Quite honestly, black cars can be daunting for even experienced detailers. Well done.

Great work. I like the before and after, I should have done that with my black car. I was marathon working and didn't have much time off.

Fantastic job. :xyxthumbs:

Best,
Larry

I just did my 2010 jetta and I felt the clear was super hard. I just couldn't get some of scratches out. Plus my car is candy white which made it very difficult to see the swirls. You did an awesome job! But like you said these pros make it look easy lol
