Do people still do 56k warnings? lol *shrugs*

This car was bought driven, then stored for 6 months. My goal here was to bring the car to better than show room condition, since it was a gift for someone special. *not me :[*

Looks great!!

Question

what is the Ice cold water used for when removing wax? Does it make a difference to have an iced down bottle like that vs just buffing off w/ a light spray of regular distilled water?

I usually just buff my wax off never sprayed water to go with it?

Advantages?

Thanks for any ifo

Well, Im under the understanding that the wax isnt soft enough to apply straight out of the jar. It seems to feel grainy, but if you put it on your hands... it gets buttery and silky (due to body heat). I thought maybe using ice cold water would keep it more solid as i was removing it.

So no real difference, it was a warm day, and i thought hey why not. Water and wax dont mix well, so i felt it wouldnt be to any disadvantage :)

Gotcha!

Again Impressive work and what a nice vehicle to work with

Just wondering, did you use a coating>sealant>wax combo?
