2010 Mazdaspeed3...from New York?

Yeah it was open.

I flew up to NY on a Saturday morning, walked out of the airport, got into John's car, and we got right on the highway and drove straight back. Got back to my house around 7am Sunday and he was checking something with his intake/filter since a check engine light came on on the way home. Then we passed out most of the day and cleaned the car up after we woke up. :eek:

Guess he forgot to close it all the way though. I noticed that when I was resizing pics last night. :)
 
Awesome job as usual. I love the Mazdaspeed's (infact the mazdaspeed Protege in spicy orange is a long time fav) but damn that S2000 of yours is just way to hot.
 
Nice job!! how does your friend like the new speed3? or have you got to drive it? I was looking at getting one for a wile and almost did. But got a evo x instead when i got a good deal.
 
He loves it...it's a nice car, especially at its price point. We drove it back from NY and I got more than a few hours behind the wheel. Super smooth to drive and plenty of power - really torquey for a 4 cyl!

Ask your friend if he wishes to have more power added under the hood. I just have a Re-Flash done on my Mazda this morning. I need to put some miles on it before the car re-programs itself. The person, who owns DPTune, has a '10 Speed3 right now that is is testing some new things on.

Call Joe @ DPTune. He has not finished with the 2010 Speed3 at his shop yet. It will take about 3 more weeks to have that project done. It will add about 40+ HP to the Speed3. The Speed3 he has is bone stock too. :props:

Could could contact Joe @ (678) 488-1011 and advise him that Stephen (me) sent you his way.
 
I'll have him do that! Any idea what he would charge for the '10 Speed3 reflash?

He will have to ask Joe that question. I do not have an answer. I just want the rims off his '10 Speed3 vs the rims on my '08 Mazda 3s GT. LOL

Looks great! Is that the Black Mica? The flake in that paint makes it look nothing like black. I use Poorboys Natural Look on my 2009 MS3 to make the plastic come back to life. It looks like your front grill is the same plastic that I have.

As far as mods, the 2009 MS3 and 2010 MS3 are almost identical engine wise, so feel free to PM me any questions. :)
 
Judging by the last picture, dude in the gray shirt needs to put the weights down for a little while. Other than that great turn around!
