So I have a fellow GT-R owner that I meet up with for Cars and Coffee and he came to me after having an issue with some hard water spots that he got when he was at the beach as well as do a minor correction. The only area that had water spots was the hood

Products used,

CG V36 (on the water spots) and V38
LC CCS Green and gray
Tried out CG black light (blue pad) and V07 spray
Additional sealant of Jetseal109 (red pad)
and Finally Dodo Juice Supernatural.

The Black light went on easy although at first I don't think I shook it up enough and was fairly gritty. I let it sit for about 1 hour before wiping it off with V07. Removal was very easy but I'm a little bit confused by it. Not really sure where its going to be put in my detailing regime. I didn't notice a huge difference in filling in anything but then again the only thing left in the surface were the RIDS, Jetseal leaves a wonderful shine and I think the hardest part was figuring out what to top it off with. The last time I used Jetseal on a red car I used Pete's '53 and it left an amazingly wet finish. I asked my friend what he wanted and he said he didn't care, he was already happy with how it looked so I tried out the Dodo Juice Supernatural. It gave the paint a lot of clarity and depth and brought out a little bit of the darker color in the Nissan Red Paint. Anyways I'll stop yapping and show the pictures.

Enjoy.

50/50 on the Hood. Notice the water spots. There were still traces of etching from the water spots so I went more aggressive using a Megs MF pad, this was able to get the rids out as well as the water spots.

After shot of the hood. The sun poked behind the clouds but its 95% better than what it was

Nice work. Best color on those cars. I like his other toys as well.

Great work! I'm a huge Nissan fan. Would love to own a GT-R. Couldn't imagine owning that, a 370Z, and a Silvia! Geez!

+1 ! NISSAN FTW! I've got a 4th gen Maxima with a 350z motor and dream about owning multiple GT-R's. Great job! That car looks just like the one in my dreams :)

Thanks Everyone. The black one is mine, it's wrapped in the Xpel Stealth clear bra to give it the satin look. It also makes cleaning a million times easier. The only down side is I don't have the ability to test out products on it. It's that easy to clean and keep looking good.
