2010 Roush: 22 hour Mustang Marathon!

What can I say, I'm a high roller. Great job on the detail though. That has to be some of the clearest reflections I've seen in a while.:xyxthumbs:
Thanks Ted. I appreciate the feedback.

Great job, but where's the after pics under lighting?
Thank you. I was rushing to photograph this in time for the owner to arrive (turns out I had lots of time), so I didn't shoot any inside. I understand your skepticism, there's been a lot of discussion about photos looking better than real life. Decide for yourself whether you think they're an accurate portrayal of the original. For a comparison, here's one posting that was only shot inside due to the weather:

Oh, and BTW, make sure you check out a post I'm going to make tomorrow on a 2010 XC90...I deliberately shot 2 inside just for you, LOL.

Wicked cool! :dblthumb2: Wish I lived closer to you - I would love to come watch you work. Love your threads! :goodjob2:
Thank you Shane. We'll listen to some tunes, smoke a cigar or 2 and work on some paint...my recipe for a great day!!

Nice job. The car looks great.
Thank you kindly.

Based on Richies experience and past threads, they aren't necessary, but I don't think they would hurt either.
Ted, be sure to check out my next one of the 2010 XC90..I made sure to include a few from inside as well.
all I can say is WOW!
All I can say is...Thank you!
great looking mustang... it burns my soul to say that though
Hahaha. Thanks, I know how hard that must have been to admit that!!! Kudos to you, man!

Nice work Richy! That's how black paint should look.

The owner had a few specific requests regarding the job, namely not to coat the decals and not to dress the tires.

I thought that was a pretty strange request.

I thought that was a pretty strange request.
The tires, I could see that someone would like them "au natural" and for the decals, I had specifically contacted Chris at Optimum and asked him whether he thought the OG would add sheen to the decals, and he thought they would. Of course I let the owner know that and he did not want them altered in appearance. I actually tested a small, inconspicuous area and it did not get shiny, but we took the safe route. In my heart, I think it would have been better to coat everything. I think it would have protected the decals even more, but it was not my decision.
