I had some free time so I cleaned up the wife's car and put some coats of sealant on it for the spring and summer.

No correction needed as no one other myself has washed it (I didn't even let the dealer prep it).
Engine didn't need anything as I had done that just a couple months ago.

Process:
Power washed
Foamed with CG Citrus Shampoo and 2 bucket wash with grit guards & microfiber sponge using CG Citrus Shampoo to try to strip previous coats of sealant (UPGP didn't want to come off easily).
Wheels, wheel wells and tires cleaned with DP Tire Gel and assorted brushes.
Dried with Cobra Guzzler.
Clayed with Pinnacle clay and ONR clay lube.
303 used on all exterior and interior plastic/rubber surfaces (including windshield wiper blades).
DP Krystal Vision glass cleaner.
Aquapel used on windshield after claying it and several wipe downs with DP KV.
Paint cleaned with BlackFire Gloss Enhancing Polish applied by hand with microfiber applicator.
Sealed with 2 coats of BFWD via G110v2 and LC blue pad, speed set to 3. Removed with Poorboy's DMT microfiber towels (my favorite MF btw).
Wheels sealed with BFWD.
Tires coated with Optimum Tire Shine.

Interior just needed a quick wipe down as my wife keeps it very clean.

I like the CC's, great shape. You say your wife keeps her car very clean? Could you have her call my wife? ;)

I got yelled at for leaving a gum wrapper in it once.
She actually has a pad of paper and a pen and when she goes out shopping she writes down the vehicle and plate number of the cars that are next to her in-case she comes out to find her car with a door ding.

Gorgeous car and great job! I love the CC. If I didn't need an SUV I'd have me one of those :).

Best,

Jose

Sweet ride :props:

I have not seen a CC in person yet but from your pictures it appears to be one beautiful car.

BTW: I'm confused a bit, you say you used the DP Tire Gel to clean the wheel wells, tires, etc. I thought DP Tire Gel was a dressing and not a cleaner.:dunno:

VW does refinement....I agree with that....Awesome car and great job....:dblthumb2:

Yeah I can see the confusion. I used 'DP Gel Wheel Cleaner'.
There is also 'DP Gloss Tire Gel' which is the tire dressing.

So many names and acronyms, I'll be more specific next time. :)

I bought my wife a black car. I must be sick or something... nice car, nice job!
