New Flex passed quality control haha

The 'old' one, unfortunately is not working still. I've tried turning it on a few times after last stoppage, but nothing happened.

Called some locals and tried some emails, couldn't find *yet someone (in my state) who will be competent to really dig into the machine and fix it properly, this without costing double the price of the tool!. Only shipping it abroad goes ~1/2 the actual price.

I can't work with it always doing minor repairs, either it works or doesn't. Before total stoppage, it left stopped just after spreading the polish for work, that's -'boring' ahhah

AG customer service and even Flex both sent me emails to help me figuring out what was happening, and I must say I'm proud costumer of this store and brand for all support and assistance provided.

I will try to get a second one soon to now have a spare (whenever possible I try to commit a mistake only once). I felt 'naked' without 3401, even having the Rupes 21, a tool I like enough to use every time it fits the panel. Evenness of forced rotation is unbeatable, large flat panels = Rupes surfing green bird over FG400 all day long ahhaha
