Newer car, has about 9k miles, but gets driven back and forth between FL and IN. Had the usual swirls, some deeper scratches, and some chips here and there. A lot of before/during correction shots, but not many finished as it was overcast, and the owner wanted to beat the rain home. I had the car for a week, while they were out of town. So that gave me plenty of time to work on it after I got home from work in the evenings.
Washed with w99 and lusso auto wash, then clayed with ONR and nanoskin autoscrub. Decon with deironizer, wheels done with Sonax. Adams APC to clean tires, and trim.
I started out using fg400 on a LC yellow pad, but switched to M105 to get things moving a little faster. I was doing multiple steps, so the slightly lesser finish of 105 wasn't a big deal. Then used Menz2500 on LC orange pad. Washed the car to get rid of all the dust, and wasn't 100% happy, so finished up with a gray pad and
SF4500 to get rid of and leftover watermarks, etc. Didn't want to rub on the car any more than I had to.
Did a final wipe with IPA solution, and applied OptiCoat2.0
Took plenty of pictures, and some 50/50s
