I just picked up a new car and am curious what I can do to help the pearl glow on top of the white paint? The white color has a green and purple pearl which I can only see with my Polarized sunglasses on. I have just about every wax, polish out there and really want to make this color stand out. I have a Flex polisher, M105, 205, Wolfgang polishes, paint sealant, Fuzion, Pinnacle Souveran, DP Max wax and DP Paint sealant, clay bars and whe whole works. Any tips on how to get that pear to stand out? Also the paint may only be about two weeks old. Special ordered it and the car has only seen the sun about a total of ten days and want to keep it looking amazing. Thanks everyone!

Get the surface of the paint as smooth and clear as possible. Then use a premium finishing wax, sealant or coating.

Here's a pearl white car we did here in the studio...

Thanks Mike! The car is already silky smooth, since the car was just built and was shipped right to my garage, but I was going to clay bar it first. Would you recommend using M205 or just going straight to a to a wax or sealant right after the clay bar? In your experience, out of the waxes and sealants I listed above, has one proven to work on a white pearl better then others? Thanks for all the help!

I recently detailed a brand new Honda Accord, also US built like your Prius so no international shipping involved. Unfortunately, new cars don't arrive with paint in pristine condition.
I'd recommend good wash, of course, and then Iron-X before claying. It's good insurance to remove any iron particles embedded into the paint. The Accord spent 4 hours on the dealer lot so was also brand new. It did have some iron contmination on the rear and a couple other small spots ( can tell as Iron-X turns purple when it meets iron). IMO, worth the effort as claying removes surface contaminents and IronX gets the subsurface contam and makes claying go easier.

As an alternative to M205 I used Pinn Paint Cleansing Lotion which I think was worthwhile instead of going directly to seal/wax.
