Now, I didn't look this up but an engineer told me.
1. Lithium ion Is running out
2. To process the Lithium requires mining, machinery(which are not green at all) and shipping around the world. IIRC USA doesn't have alot of Lithium.
3. Heat kills batteries period, places like Arizona, parts of California, Texas, and Nevada will kill them pretty quick. I met a lady who has a Prius, asked her how she liked it. She said the first year was great 50+mpg, now she's lucky to get 33mpg.
4. What do we do with lithium when it goes bad?
So in the end is it really more green?
No trying to start anything just wondering
