I'm going to blame whoever is in charge of the "detailing" department. Find people that know what they're doing, pay them what they are worth, and give them a clean work environment. The porters are probably doing their best with what they are given.

Very nice work on the Accord! It looks exactly how a new black vehicle should....:buffing:

Great choice on the wax for sure! I love the wet look of a nice coat of wax, I mean who doesn't! Specially in a black car! :)
