2013+ Bmw Jet black paint harder or still same "soft"

Anyone experienced detailing the newer 2013+ Bmw Jet black paints if they are still soft as previous jet black Bmws..I previously detailed a 2002 3 series with Jet black paint and it was soft paint and PITA to finish

I heard bmw addressed the complaints on the Jet blacks and made it harder or i could be wrong..

I worked on a 2013 5 series last summer and the paint was quite soft and a bit annoying to polish. Not sure if that applies to all 2013 series or not.
