The 2013 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500’s is a legend among American supercars by sporting a 5.8-liter V-8 aluminum-block engine that produces 662 horsepower and 631 ft. lbs of torque, making it the highest-horsepower engine ever produced in North America in 2013. Ford optimized every part of the powertrain for producing the additional horsepower, including a new supercharger, new cross-drilled blocks and heads, an all-forced engine rotating assembly, updated camshaft profiles, upgraded head gaskets, a new carbon fiber driveshaft and upgraded clutch, transmission and axles. The interior includes custom leather/suede Recaro racing seats and a Carol Shelby commemorative plaque.
A Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 in stunning Grabber Blue in for our Signature Detail and ceramic coating package with Gtechniq Ceramic Coatings. The ceramic coating package, which took place over two days, included application of Crystal Serum Light to the paint finish and C5 Wheel Armour to the wheels and brake calipers. The glass was also treated with Gtechniq G5 glass sealant. The V8 600 horsepower engine was also detailed with various carbon fiber accent pieces being polished and ceramic coated as well.
