Hello Geeks,

It's been quite a while since i post something here. without further ado, the story and pics :xyxthumbs:

the client discussed about which option should be the best for his new car (only one week from the dealer). we met and did a walk around the car with LED light at night. there were slightly hologram and swirls from the dealer as usual. not a biggy. we setup a date and got it working.

before the second wash, i did an ONR wipedown because the paint is soft and grabby. just to make sure that polish was wiped off completely before stripping. now foam wash to strip polish residue and polishing dust (Ahmad my trusty assistant filling the bucket in the background).

Very nice work that Subaru its a beauty is truly protected now

Very nice work. :xyxthumbs:

You said the paint was soft, and yet you used M101?

Man, that looks amazing. After just finishing a 2005 black Subaru WRX, I can really appreciate the work done here. And you aren't joking about the soft paint.. I couldn't wipe away the compound without it marring. Do you have any suggestions?

thank you :) m101 to cut fast. two passes with rotary and all the defects are gone. follow up with rupes and da and voila.

thanks man! i use two mf towels per panel. one for wiping residue, one with ONR as lubricant to wipe off. i 'kinda feel' ONR minimizes the drag.

Sure did come out looking awesome. I have the potential of one of those coming in this spring. I'm shocked you did the 105/205 combo as most have been using something easy like menz 2500 on a finishing pad!

Nice work! I really need to polish my black sand pearl Toyota paint...

I was also surprised at the use of a the selected polishes, having used nothing more than Menzerna SF4000 on a finishing pad, on the 3 I have done

Great job. You did a hell of a job. Looks like it was digital picture.
