My service manager brought me this vehicle and basically told me the man that owns it needs a detailer for several high end cars and wanted to see my work. So I needed to make this one count for sure. The wheels were absolutely awful and the rest of the Jeep was not much better!
Here it is on arrival

After several rounds with APC, various brushes, and pressure washing here it is all dressed up. I was a little disappointed with myself because I went a little heavy with the dressing for my taste.

Next I pressure washed the wheels, tires, and fender wells and cleaned with APC using various brushes and a microfiber towel. Forgot to get pics of the wheels in process. Then I rinsed the vehicle thoroughly via pressure washer and pre soaked, rinsed, pre soaked, agitated emblems and crevices with a soft brush, rinsed, pre soaked one last time and did a two bucket method wash with grit guards via microfiber wash mitt

After the wash I emptied the buckets. The two bucket method at work
First the soap bucket

Now the rinse bucket

Notice the amount of grit!
Now I clayed with fine clay and Meguiars Final Inspection. Flat surfaces had a ton of contamination. This was after half the hood.

The paint was in pretty good shape considering the filth that was on top

Light holograms on the fuel door probably from the factory

And this one spot I see on lots of new cars I'm assuming from de nibbing at the factory? Anyone?

I decided on an orange lake country had pad and hd speed based off the paint condition and time constraints
