2013 SRT Viper - Yay or Nay?

I disagree with putting awd on this, sorry. It would take away the recipe for a traditional American muscle car.

I am however upset that they did not give this viper more hp. It always seemed to have an obscene amount, 600hp is a lot but in todays times, it is not. I really think they should have raised the bar and given it 700-750. Just so everyone knew its presence and it would be given the respect it once had as such a "monster".

I hear you, my cousin has a 2011 ZR1 and let me tell you its a beast to launch. I scare the hell outta him when i'm driving it with him as a passenger but I launch it. I just drop rear tire pressure down to 18-22 pounds.

tail lights and side profile looks like an aston martin to me....im not big on domestic cars...so i say nay...id rather have an R35.

Nay - For close to this price I would take a Audi R8 or a base Porsche 911 Turbo (I would add bigger turbos to either of these on purchase).

I say yay, it's a heck of a car. Great job to Dodge. One thing to note, this car will be built in Detroit. We can only hope for a revolution of Detroit Muscle. Let's put America back to work.

Yay!

The 2013 SRT Viper has a better HP to weight ratio than the ZR1. 44% of the Viper's weight is from carbon fiber. Enough said...

Yay! They really cleaned up the back end on the coupes...it was hideous.

I Like it!!...and yes it does have an rear like a Aston Martin, the front reminds me of a Ferrari 599..

That Snake is one bad S.O.B !

I make a decision after seeing one in person.

Can't get a very good idea about it's proportions from those pics.

I vote Yay!

Always been a Viper fan and the price will probably drop once it really hits the market.

This thing is going to be a beast around the road courses. The last generation Viper ACR holds A LOT of track records for a street car.

Amazing and it's gorgeous too!
