That's a hell of turnaround, no doubt about it but here's the question, do you have this customer on a montly or quarterly maintenance program?

Thank you. I've tried to explain customer regarding monthly maintenance and he agreed to sign up. I'm looking forward for him to follow (many of my customers are following maintenance program with me), since it's my pleasure to maintain the cars I've worked on!
