2015 Subaru outback Opti Coated

Sorry if I missed it tdekany, but what machine did you use with the Amerirocks?

Also about how many passes are you able to make before it dries out on you? I know it's a great compound but it has been a total fail for me the first few times I've tried it on my Rupes 15. But seeing great results like this makes me want to get past the learning curve!

I think you are talking about the Jeep detail. I used my rupes 21 and B&S micro fiber pads. It was my first time using it, but worked fantastic, but I do this for a living, so I think I am able to make adjustments easier than someone who is not a pro.

Keep playing with it and slow down. Speed 4 and take your time, let the pad/polish do the work. Don't rush.

What machine? I must have missed where he used anything other than Optimum Prep Polish.

I used my flex 3401 with the prep Polish and a blue pad.

BTW, forgot to mention that the paint under the hood is also coated along with about 40% of the plastic parts. Want to see how OCP holds up on the plastic in there.

Yeah sorry that was the Jeep detail. Thanks for the tips.

Don't be sorry, always ask. I knew what you meant. BTW, if you have issues, you can always call Barry, he is very helpful.
