2015 tahoe help

Congrats, good luck keeping that beast CLEAN!!

IMO, can't go wrong with white or silver, just not black LMAO...

Being that you truck is fresh out the box, I'd opti coat it and be DONE. One time, same time.

Im getting used to doing such a big truck. We had the 2011 for 3 years so that was the learning truck since I knew we would get the new one when it came out. That one was silver. So easy. I always buy silver. But my wife wanted the diamond white so there you have it. I got my 22" sneakers and she got her paint. The diamond is ok. My murano is pearl and I'm used to being able to see any contaminates on it. Winter is brutal, but at least with these pearl coats you know where you stand in terms of clean or not.

Yea the big boys get easier over time, I have a black sequoia. That things dirty before I turn the hose off!

Let's get some pics of your Hoe?

Hi Jim, allenk4 is right! Funny I can relate but this time when I picked my car up, I told the dealer not to prep it. He looked at me like I was crazy. I told him last car I bought, it took me longer to correct what the dealership did, than for me to do it right the first time. I literally had them take off the plastic transport film off and I took care of the rest. When I got home, I still had the interior plastics on the seats ! Long story short, I clayed, polished, sealed my car last April and it looks like the day I detailed it still. Enjoy your new ride :cruisin:

I took a few today with my wide angle lens. I just got to get em off the camera. I had to get my garden in today also so that took up most my day. Tomorrow I got 300 bags of 3 cube cedar mulch with my name on it. I'll get a few up as soon as I can. Crazy busy this weekend. I have to put that last coat of fusion wax on too tomorrow am. So much going on!

I will say the Wolfgang sealant was easy to work with. Even with it on the truck for 30 mins. I have been spoiled with these newer wipe on and off waxes I have been using. Waiting is a pain! Lol

Thanks man. I will say if I get my way and finally get a BMW or a porshe SUV for my next daily driver this will deff come home the second it gets off the truck that brought it in! I don't want someone even sitting in it except for me and the guy who put it on the truck! Lol

They deff didn't screw me though this time. I guess I got lucky!

Pics at some point by Sunday. I promise!

I got a question actually.

What do I use to maintain the appearance of the black gloss around the door windows. The new hoe has a lot of it this time so the windows look continuous. I always seem to swirl em up over the years. What should my attach plan with them. Today since they are perfect still I sealed them with the Wolfgang sealant. Should I wax these tomorrow and from there on how do I maintain them and if they get swirled how do I correct?

Thanks
Jim
