2016 Chevrolet 2500HD

Soooo, this was brought to me for a "quick" clean up. Lol. I emphasize the word quick! This truck belongs to a guy that is a home builder. He buys a new truck every year and it is time for this one to go. So he wanted me to make it look like he just bought it. Haha. Right. It took me 3 days, but I know that he was pleased. The paint turned out almost perfect. The under carriage was thoroughly cleansed. The interior was brought back to life and protected. After 3 days, this thing ended up nice!!!!

Inquiring minds want to know, three days of work, what did you bill him for the turn around?

Afterall, your work allowed him to get more for the resale price.

Not to mention that us the top of the line trim/model you would think he'd put some seat covers on - those seats were abused!

LOL, this guy doesnt care about money. Like I said, he gets a new one every year. He just bought a 2017 Denali 2500HD and took this one to the auction. I wont disclose what I charged, but it was worth it!

And when you lease vehicles like he most likely does you saved him what the dealership would charge him for the abuse.

It wasnt a lease. I personally took this truck to the auction for him. He has a #### ton of cash. He was 2 other 2016 Silverados as well. One is a "Costco Edition" with 500 miles on it. He buys what he wants and uses it for what he wants. One of the reason why he dont use protective mats or anything of that sort. He really dont care. LOL. This particular truck had 30k on the clock and he got $50000 for it at the sale. That was actually more that book value for the sale. So he did good, well, at least with my help!

Since it has never been washed since new, I clayed the paint and went over it with some M205 and then a sealer.

Well done. It sure would be nice if we had someway of knowing what the cars/trucks would trade-in/sell for before we do our pre-sale details. I like to believe that the car owner almost always recoups the cost of the detail with a higher price and hopefully a little more.

What product did you use on the interior dash trim and center console? Curious what product gave it the right amount of shine.

It was all cleaned with Meguiar's APC then I used their interior detailer for the wipe down. After it soaked, I went back over with a clean microfiber

Very nice turn around, I'm have a F350 coming in this week from the gas and oil fields and I almost afraid to see it lol, I imagine it's going to be at least that bad.
Good work and good to have a few guys with deep pockets and no love for their vehicles.
