2016 Mercedes GTS, The Nicest Car On the Road!!

You posted to show off the beautiful AMG, but what really stood out to me and everyone else is your work and the amazing service you provide. Your work and the service you provide really sets you apart from other detailers.

I would really love to see that car in a darker color. I would love to see what that car would look like with a brushed stainless steel roof.

Again thank you for the kind words. I appreciate the fact you all have a great eye for hard work. Time to go to bed and do it all over again in the morning (this time a jeep cherokee :xyxthumbs:)

Interesting that Mercedes looks for new market with AMG GT, probably they want to squeeze more dollar from people who otherwise would buy SL AMG? as not everybody can afford SLS which is now becoming a true legend.
Your readings is something special but my readings is this:
4L engine - unimpressive, even funny for AMG
503 HP - OK
V8 - OK
Design - Silly if compared to SL

Resume: People who own SL63 AMG with 5.5L engine & more horsepower, performance, style will not jump into AMG GT (also SL63 AMG $150,000 is more expensive than $130,000 AMG GT & for $20,000 you get so much more of everything) same as any other Mercedes 63-65AMG model owners, for them AMG GT is too small.
So must be Daimler wants to compete against it's rivals who make similar cars to AMG GT.
My prediction: SLS after 1-2Y break will come back to production as people who own it - want it again & again, otherwise such customers will leave the brand for Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Porsche Turbo even Nissan GT-R NISMO which is much cheaper compared to SLS & got V6, 3.8L engine bit smaller than AMG GT but beats it in everything from performance to design.
If I had to chose from these 2, I would go for Nissan GT-R NISMO & you?

P.S. Regarding your detailing? Very nice & even too professional :coolgleam:, what else can I add it's a new car.

Hey man sweet car prep there.

I have a couple questions for you about your packages. I struggle with this in my own head about my packages too and would like to hear your thoughts.

What is the difference and how do you justify charging $699 for a new car prep that takes 18 hours but only charge $469 for your Ultimate detail on a similar sized car? Also getting a "ball of wax" full detail would be 6 hours more and only $100.

Thanks for any response you can take the time to post.

That's a great question. And the answer is simply cost of materials to do the new car prep. Even though the hours are similar the new car prep includes a nano ceramic paint, plastic, wheel, headlight, glass coating. The cost to airbrush the coating on (it costs more but goes on a micron or two thicker), etc is the difference. With the whole ball of wax it's only a little more to entice ultimate package folks to bump up to a coating... I don't want to price myself out of the park. Keep in mind all those prices you see are "starting at" meaning unless the car is near perfect chances are the cost can and will be higher after live estimate. Hope that helps.

Beautiful car, down to the A/C vents!

What's more impressive is your report and care package. Nice work, the customer must be more than thrilled.

Yeah that all makes sense. You seem to do some very high end work and use very high quality products. I wasnt picking at your prices at all. Simply asking about the costs to you and perception from a customers POV.

It helps THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO RESPOND.

Good lord. As others have posted, I'm actually much more impressed with your care package and information folders than the work itself. Very thorough. If I were your customer, I would truly feel like my money was well spent. Just an all around fantastic job!

No trouble at all. Hope I didn't come off that way. Sometimes I cater to the high end machines and today I'm doing a Jeep Cherokee. Every weekend is different.
