I have wanted to be more engaged in this forum but have simply had my head down working through my bookings. Here is a quick write up from one of our bigger transformations from this year so far.
Process:
Full wash + Decontamination
Iron fallout removal
Bug and Tar Removal
Nano Skin Clay Mit
Compound stage- Fast Correcting Cream- Meguiars Microfiber Cutting Pad
Polish- M205- Lake Country While Polishing Pad
IPA Wipe- Car Pro Eraser
Coating- Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light

The car was covered in wash induced marring and swirls throughout. The hood was the worst with heavy water etching as well.

Original condition

After Compounding

After Polish

Hood 50/50 (I hate adding tape residue to my life. I have some proper 50/50s to share later)

The trasformation was incredible in the sun.

This paint reminded me a little of jerez black BMW paint. It has very faint blue and silver metal flake in it. Not nearly as apparent as the bmw color but it catches your eye in the sun. You could not see it in the cars original condition.
