This is a detail of a new beautiful black 2018 Kia Stinger GT with Blackfire Ceramic Coating. This detail which took place over a two day period included the application of Blackfire Ceramic Coating to the paint finish, glass, and wheels. I detailed a BMW 335i for this client over 10 years ago and he located me and ultimately drove over 2 hours to have this new vehicle protected.
Products used:
Wash with McKees37 Coating Prep Soap
Clay with Meguiars Clay Bar
Decon wheels and paint with Megjuars All Wheel Cleaner
Polish with Sonax Perfect Finish via Rupes 21 and GG6 with Lake County HDO orange and Buff and Shine orange pads
Wheels dressed with Meguiars Hyperdressing 1:1
Interior cleaned with Blackfire Interior Cleaner
Interior leather and vinyl dressed with Blackfire Multi Surface Concentrate 4:1
Paint prepped with Blackfire Paint Prep
Blackfire Ceramic coating on paint finish
Mckees37 Glass Coating on all exterior glass
Gtechniq C5 Wheel Armour on wheels and calipers
Paint finish topped with Blackfire SIO2 spray sealant
Thoughts on Blackfire Ceramic Coating:
This is the third vehicle that I have coating with Blackfire Ceramic Coating. It is a very user friendly and easy coating to use. It applies extremely well and spread evenly. Removal is very easy with a tad bit of grabbing when using the two towel removal method. The gloss and slickness is fantastic.
