2018 Mustang - Next New Car?

I have put more miles on my 62 F100 doing yard work this year.

My wife wants an old F100 like that, but she wants resto-mod with new interior, new engine/trans, new brakes and suspension... By "new" I mean modern... And she wants it in sky-blue...

Sad part is I bought the EB Mustang to be a daily driver... but now the car is 9 months old (bought it new) and it just turned 1200 miles. It sits in the garage 99% of the time. Meanwhile the family dd - 2013 Honda Fit is a great car when we lived in NH, but now in AZ it's just not cutting the mustard. Instead of the EB Mustang, I should have got a GMC Acadia or something... So now I have two mustangs that sit in the garage... Wait this gives me an idea!!!
