Interesting. Last sale (when this thread started), I didn’t get charged sales tax. I wonder if it’s one of those deals where if they have employees in your state they have to charge tax? That happened to me for ordering from Griot’s.
 
I think that is the deal. Since 2011 never was charged sales tax until 5 or 6 weeks ago. Had to happen sometime.

Where do you live? I just ordered last night and no tax. If you're getting charged tax and you don't live in FL, it must be your state that dictates that.

Am quite happy with the older version just the way it is, and maybe next time, or on a new vehicle I might purchase soon, I'll maybe then try the newfangled version.

I just answered my own question. it's on it's way. I'm sure this device will help out a little with having a black vehicle. last time I washed the truck I used the tamping method with a couple of PFM towels. that wasn't all that bad of a process & now I'll have backup with the turbo dryer. I'm tired of correcting all the swirls & light scratches every time I dry the truck. thanks for the sale AutoGeek !

I hit the add to cart on several items and it wouldn't show up in the cart. Tried it 3 times at different times of day. Too late now. Kinda annoyed!!
 
I ran into a weird thing where it wouldn’t let me log into my account when I placed my order via my phone. Clicking “Log in” seemed like it did something, but never seemed to populate my info or look like it actually logged in. Still was able to use the code even though I ordered at 1:30am central time Sunday.
Good enough, but would be frustrating if I wanted to be sure all my purchase history was on my account.
