Guys, where should McKee's paint coating fit on the 3 step detail process AOI, SEALANT & WAX. should it be applied before AIO or before applying SEALANT??

Coatings should NOT be applied over top of an AIO or Sealant or wax. They won't properly bond.

With McKee's use either their Prep Polish, your choice of polishes followed by an IPA Wipe down. Or use something like Car Pro Essence.

Essence is a product I was very curius about as I've read nothing but great reviews and just tried this week on a new car prep and coating job. It's AMAZING as a base for the McKey's coating. Will be a go-to polish for cars I'm going to coat as it not ony applies an Sio2 Quartz protection of it's own, it's compatiable with McKee's and allows for it to go on top of it.

One other thing to add is to not use an AIO as a topper. It will remove the coating.

Correct paint, clean surface of compound/polish/oils with prep polish or IPA/eraser or similar, when apply coating

I wanted to prep the car for maximum water sheating that's why, im planning to add collinite 845 on top of McKee's would this be possible?

If that's the case then just stick with 845. I would personally just stick with the coating and if anything use pinnacle black label coating booster every now and then.

so this ceramic coatings like the McKee's doesn't need any top-up final products like wax? what about applying sealant before the McKee's? or the prep is already enough

Not needed. See post #2 to get the answer to your second part of the question.
