A quick video showing 4 month old 303 FG in the rain. The sprayer has DI water in it.

303 is applied to this top 3 times a year with a paint brush. Since I "paint" it on, there is no overspray, so no cover up is required of windows, seals, etc... Nothing special was done, car wasn't even washed.

Yes ,I tried to blow the water off. Couldn't coordinate it with the camera apparently.

Great protection in there . Thanx for sharing .

What was the prep beforehand please .

Top was just scrubbed with boars hair brush and car wash soap. It must be bone dry before you apply 303.

Looks like you're squirting milk on the roof top! I don't get results like that spraying it on. I am going to paint the 303 FG on next time.

That looks good, will have to try that out. Did use the other brand RaggTopp and was not really satisfied with the results. How exactly do you apply? a special brush when applying the guard? also does it work for vinyl not sure if your top was cloth or vinyl

Just make sure what you're spraying it on is really clean and, as said, bone dry and you shouldn't have to put it on too thick.

Clean the surface really really well, let it get bone dry and spray on until evenly wet in overlapping motions.

Any overspray has to be wiped up immediately and it can not be used on vinyl, clear vinyl, plastics, rubber, fiberglass or imitation suede.

I use it on my interior a while ago and poured some water on it, beaded up just like rain would on wax and almost floated on top of my seats. Really good stuff.

Great beading! The one thing I don't like about 303 fabric is the smell. The product in itself is good though.

Good stuff. You should check out richys comparison on duragloss 341. I think it looks like it might bead better than the 303.

Did you use a foam paint brush or a bristled fiber paint brush?
