NO. They are the exact same product, but fabric and vinyl cleaner has more of the cleaning agent that the convertible top cleaner - it is also repackaged as (carpet) spot remover, and a few other cleaners - all of which are the same thing, just some have more water in the bottle than others
I use fab and vinyl simply because it is the one with the most cleaning agent and can be diluted down to 30:1!!

Would you know what the top cleaner in diluted down to? Is the dilution enough to use straight out of the bottle on the interior or does it need to be diluted further?
