Went to my dads house last weekend and we did some work on his boat. It is a 32' Rinker 320EC, I believe it is either a 2007 or 2008. Sorry for some of the pics, I didn't bring my camera, so all I had was my cell phone camera and his camera that I am not familiar with.

He only wanted the black area done for now because he is taking it to get the bottom painted in a couple weeks, so that is why the bottom is still dirty.

I have about 18 hours so far into it over three days and will be going back this weekend (if the weather is nice) to finish the other side that is about half done. I will also be taking MY camera to get some good pics:D

Washed with DP four in one rinsless wash
UDM with orange Lake Country CCS pad
Bad spots got Menzerna Powergloss Compound followed by Menzerna Super Intensive Polish and Mezerna Micro Polish with a white CCS pad
Everything else didn't need the Powergloss, but was hit with the SIP and Micro Polish with a white CCS pad.
Topped with two coats of Meguiar's #21 2.0 synthetic sealant.
That will be topped with a coat of Pinnacle Souveran this weekend.

Quick question.. When you guys use the halogens, how far away from the surface do you have them? I didnt' really experiment with these, but they just don't really show how it actually looks. We even pulled it into the sun to check and it looks fantastic, but I just couldn't really capture it with the halogens and the cameras on hand.

It didn't look that bad from far away, but up close it was terrible!

This is where the bumpers rubbed. He said he is going to do something different this year

The rest of that area after Powergloss and SIP, before Micro polish and LSP ( this is the side that still needs finished )

Better pics will come after this weekend when I finish it up and bring my camera!

Considering that I have read over and over again that a PC ( UDM in my case ) just doesn't have the power to do correction on a gelcoat, I am very impressed with the results! I just can't wait to see it in the water again!

Love souveran on dark colors, but for a bout I might think about something a bit more durable. Insulator wax def. comes to mind, but I've also used EXP with great results. Just a thought. And by the way the boat looks awesome!
