Update:

Before going balistic on Twitter I decided I would try to call one more time and get this issue resolved. I got ahold of a fella named DJ in Nashville and he got everything cleared up in less then 15 minutes. Total amount paid. $29.90

Long and short of it is they charged me for fee's that were not agreed on. If you see the words Adjustment, Surcharges or Connection Fees, put on your iron panties, cause their getting ready to screw you sideways

Something that iritates me but I can live with, is they will be sending me 2 different bills. One for the home service, and another for internet. They claim they are two seperate enitys, but if thats the case, how did I get hooked up with the internet service by calling the number on my phone bill? I'll be keeping a close eye on these rascals and their shennanigans thats for sure
