3D HD Speed?

Rather than create another thread about HD Speed, thought I'd ask in here. I recently used it for the first time on brand new B&S orange pad and it caked up on the pad and just sunk in. Pad end up being super soft despite cleaning after a panel. Any other pad recommendations for HD Speed? Would like to use something that is a bit firmer and holds shape.
 
I use Speed mostly with white thinpro pads. I'll usually change pads after a panel or two because they will start to become saturated.

I've been using HD Speed exclusively with Orange B & S pads for about 2 years and never experinced this. My guess is you may be using too much product and you need to change out pads more often. At least 4-6 pads per vehicle depending on the size of it.
 
Definitely sounds as if you are using too much product.

I always use LC flats (Orange). And like custmsprty said, switch out pads often. I use at least 6 on my truck, sometimes more.
