4th of July Traditions

Yep, watching it now. That chick ate 40 hot dogs! That is gonna be one hell of a crap later.

Nothing like watching an attractive female jam 40 hot dogs down her throat :D

Having a cookout and having my kids over to celebrate the 4th of July. Gorgeously sunny and warm today so I think I'll kick back and help my youngest detail her car...

Typical Bobby..... always lending a helping hand :props:

I drive a Ford Expy and the wife drives its illegitimate offspring - a Nissan Cube...LOL,HILARIOUS!

Since were 2 months into being homeowners, my fiance and I thought we would invite whoever and do the traditional BBQ and good friends thing.

Flash, why didn't you tell us you were in the contest?

Not to be a party pooper....Each year (to this point anyway) I celebrate another year of continuous sobriety. In 2005 I tried really hard to make it to the 4th of July party but was all partied out by the 2nd of July, where I said enough is enough and quit.

Each 4th of July weekend I reflect on another year of progress and think of ways to make the next year even better. It has pretty much become my new years day. I treat myself to something that I enjoy and try to relax for the weekend.

You have the power that most people don't!! Congratulations on SOBRIETY!! My GF'S Father needs to follow in your footsteps. YOU'RE A TRUE ROLE MODEL

My wife and I moved into our house on the 4th of July and have had a cookout ever since then. 12 years running.
Happy 4th of July everyone!:awesome:

We usually buy spareribs, boneless chicken breasts, hot dogs, burgers, sodas, beer, and barbeque on the grill outside while watching DVDs and ESPN on TV. Dash to the corner stand and buy fireworks, firecrackers, and M80s to set off once it get dark. Walk up to Ft. Lincoln (Wash.,D.C.) and watch the fireworks at the National Mall. You know; the usual. The best part is enjoying family and friends on a holiday weekend. Be safe, everyone and happy 4th.

Every July 4th I try to get to Arlington National Cemetary and visit my father and other relatives and friends. I spend a few hours just walking the stones. I head to the National Mall and catch the fireworks. This year I could not make it on the 4th but flew up there one day last week for a quick visit then flew home.

This year? Spent the day power washing the patio. Good times!

No traditions but smores looks like a good one to start. I always like the concept of Christmas in July.
