5 long weekends, 5 short weeks...

Broke up a week of vacation this year. So starting this week, i took 5 Fridays off in a row. Ending May 27th. So that will be a 4 day weekend with Memorial day off.

Been kind of crazy at work with 50 hour weeks for quite some time.

Hope to get the Spring detail in on the truck one those weekends! At least that's the plan.

Great way to use vacation. Know a few people that take off Fridays and Mondays. Like they are never at work, lol.

I typically only take one 5 day in a row vacation out of 20 vacation days. The rest of my vacation time is n small blocks of Monday and Friday to make for long weekends at the lake in summer.Next summer that all changes in retirement

Here in Sweden we have at 25 days a year paid vacation. I have seen this is a huge difference. You have 12% extra on what you get paid. A full time work is 40h a week 5 days in general.
