530 Issues

So I got my new MF 530. Was doing some paint correction on dark paint and the 530 added to my issues. I could not believe it.

While I did wash before using, I was not happy to see added lines when buffing.

Has anyone had the same issues on dark paint? Before returning these, I am open to suggestions. The Woobies came to the rescue and very happen with them.

Help...
 
unfortunately, i've had linting issue with the 530's...
 
I am washing one more time.... maybe this will help!

Unable to find that anyone else is having the fine scratching issues.
 
Is there anything stuck to the towel???

I know my recent order of towels had crap stuck to them.
 
Well, I was in the middle of paint correction and had my halogen lights on the car. I did an initial wipe with an Indigo MF and the paint was fine. Then used the 530 and watched the lines appear.

I stopped using and went with the Woobies. Know that the 530s have been washed last night and I will examine closely today. Did not have time to look for any issues on the towel last night.
 
Any updates? Did you check the towels closely for any stuff stuck in them?
 
I use whatever my wife buys detergent wise....very little and wash on a delicate cycle and dry with low heat. Since I plan to add a layer of Fuzion over the weekend, I will try them again.

Lastly, I suspect the satin edge may have done it. I promise to provide an update but guess the issue is unique to me.
