69 Camaro Pro Touring

Good thing i only did the detailing so i won't be held responsible for the body work. I'm not sure who does his paint, i only know the shop that does the build but they farm out the body work.

The car went through the auction yesterday and even though i recorded it, i don't know if it sold and for how much.

Its not just the doors. Im looking at the trunk lid, the hood, the front of the door from top to bottom. The main crease down the side. All of that. I have had 3 camaros, 2 '67's and 1 '69. I would definately take some more time and get a constant gap around everything. Barrett will pick it apart.
I'm not seeing the hood nor the trunk problems. The door creases and lines are off because the doors are partially opened in most of the pictures. If you go back and look when the doors are shut, they look better.

At any rate, the detailing done is excellent and I would love for my Mustang to be at that point of its restoration.

I'm having trouble uploading my videos but i did manage a short one . I do have others where you can hear it run , as soon as i get them up i will post those.

The car was being tuned just before it was scheduled to picked up for transport to Arizona. I forget the guy's name who flew in to do the tuning, he's in the passengers seat with his laptop and the guy driving is the builder.

A little follow up, i was called to freshen up the camaro because it was sold at the auction to a guy in Miami. The builder had it again to do some finishing touches to it before giving it back. After the new owner saw what kind of work he does he decided to give him a 68 camaro to build.
I was told that the day he bought this 69 he also purchased 5 other cars totalling over a million dollars that day.
He owns over 50 cars, of which most are exotics.
Now that he is giving more work to Jeremy, the builder, he will try to get this guy to get me to detail his cars.
We'll see what happens because we have no idea if he already has someone taking care of all his cars.
I took another video, it's a little loud and there happened to be some Dutch tourists there who were talking to me in dutch, really inerrupting what i was trying to do.

WOW! I really like the old camaros. The new ones aren't so muscley anymore.hehehe

Great job!

Let's see what the new owner wants him to do with his 68.
Since he just spend a million in one day, we know there is no budget limit.
