7424 Xp

So I recieved my 7424 XP today with this backing plate and I was wondering if someone could help me out with a question. How do I fit this backing plate to the PC am I missing something? Sorry for the inexpierenced question. Also sorry for the blurry pics

It looks like there is a cap over the threads on the backing plate in your picture. Take the cap off of the threads of the backing plate and you should be able to just screw the backing plate into the polisher and tighten it with the wrench.

Yes they ship with a plastic protective cap on the backing plate. Call if you need help.
