Drove around for a month with all the necessary supplies in my trunk waiting for a chance to dress the car in her winter coat. So I pulled up to the machine, washed, dried and then used the prewax cleaner. As I go to use the Collinite I am grateful at its ease of application. Then I noticed that it froze to a thick, barely viscous cream; liquid was weeks ago. I ended up nesting the bottle next to the head with the engine running. Twenty minutes later she thawed enough to use, and I spent a cold friday night in Bed-Stuy working up a sweat in bitter darkness. Surprisingly, four other guys pulled in to use the other machine while I was there, though they chose to rely on the pre-loaded soaps and liquid wax while I needed only water for my buckets. I shared some supplies, stories, and offloaded some Armor All I no longer use. Even in the heartless city on a dark winter's eve the compulsion is evidenced. Look forward to the next wash & wax, but will start earlier.

Torsion Tool, your eloquence (sp?) with words amazes me. You should be a writer for a living:cheers: I feel like I'm reading the work of an author every post I read of yours:p
