85RD...Is it worth a try?

hahah its a never ending cycle !!! If i won a million dollars tonight, this would be the place of my first purchases!!!

Yea, see i really dont have much marring on my paint after SIP and Nano, so maybe 87MC would be the way to go for my situation. Either way im assuming, the BLUE PAD is the king of final polishing?

AudiTT I am in your boat. The 85RD is sitting in my cart atm. Along with the Langka scratch and chip repair kit and a 3 pack of blue pads. And some P21s wheel gel to get it just over $95 for the free shipping.

Just gotta wait to convince my wife that we really need to spend the money.

But I am pretty sure this will make my black look amazing.

Either or would work, but I give the nod to 85rd, and yes the blue pad for finishing.

Yes it will. You will be very happy after working the 85rd over your black finish.

Well ive read about both the products, but what is the biggest difference between the two. From what i can tell, just then name is different lol.

Ive got it all sitting in the cart with my handy dandy check card by my side hahah

85RD has a cut of 1.5 and 87MC has a cut of l.0 Does it make a difference, I don't know, but I want something with the least cut when burnishing my paint. Might help in the long run.

85RD is designed for ceramic clears. 87MC is for regular paint. If your car is like most Audis and has hard paint, you should get the 85RD. If you take the time and let it work it's magic, you will be very happy with the results.
